My husband and I were looking for a contractor to build an addition to our house — this project was a little different than your typical addition, as we were adding on about 1200 sq ft, which was bigger than our current tiny house! After reaching out to a few references with our building plans, we finally met Greg. He started by getting together a quote on the expenses, and we can’t have asked for a better organized or detailed list! Greg described the costs down to the nail! Soon after, we moved forward with Greg as our contractor. As building began, we learned how AWESOME Greg was to work with – he answered all of the many questions we had, checked in to make sure we were happy with the progress, and let us know of any changes that were being made and how that would affect costs.
