Mr. Green was invaluable in the architectural planning stage, HOA organization approval, constructional loan, and the execution of the final layout of the property, and for that, we are forever grateful.
Mr. Green built us an impeccable home with all the bells and whistles that we requested of him with total satisfaction. He did a fantastic job of using top quality materials as well as recruiting subcontractors that were constantly under his eye supervision. His attention to detail was flawless from; the communication, constructional timelines, building permits, funding, and more. He is courteous, which helps him to coordinate and motivate his team members to deliver a high-quality product. Mr. Green’s strong work ethics is what we admired the most. For example, throughout each building stage, he constantly reinsured us in advance of who would be arriving at the property (time & date), and what assignment they would be fulfilling. Also, before and during this timeframe he worked tirelessly to keep us informed on any unexpected changes and if any the cost that was associated with it.

My husband and I were looking for a contractor to build an addition to our house — this project was a little different than your typical addition, as we were adding on about 1200 sq ft, which was bigger than our current tiny house! After reaching out to a few references with our building plans, we finally met Greg. He started by getting together a quote on the expenses, and we can’t have asked for a better organized or detailed list! Greg described the costs down to the nail! Soon after, we moved forward with Greg as our contractor. As building began, we learned how AWESOME Greg was to work with – he answered all of the many questions we had, checked in to make sure we were happy with the progress, and let us know of any changes that were being made and how that would affect costs. We also enjoyed the many conversations we had together throughout our build.
If we ever have any future contractor needs, Greg will be our go-to! He helped bring our dream home to life, and we are loving every minute of it.
